Three Colours Guitar return to the Fringe with their critically acclaimed music show featuring jazz, classical and Celtic fingerstyle. Edinburgh Fringe veteran and classical/percussive guitarist Declan Zapala joins forces with fellow guitarists John Wheatcroft (gypsy jazz), and Matt Buchanan (Celtic fingerstyle) and will take you on a musical journey through an eclectic range of styles and musical epochs. Jim Tavaré: From Deadpan to Bedpan
In 2017 comedian Jim Tavaré (BAFTA Award-winner, Harry Potter actor and double bassist) was involved in a near fatal head-on automobile collision in Los Angeles. Returning to the Fringe for the first time in 20 years, he tells the story of how a quick trip to the shops changed his life forever. One comedian, one dog and a DIY disaster. The Jive Aces: Swingin’ the Fringe

The UK's number one jive and swing band, The Jive Aces are teaming up with the all-dancing, all-singing, all-tapping pinup darlings The Satin Dollz to bring you a swingin' vintage revue! Right in-between swing and rock'n'roll, you'll be unable to resist the foot-tapping tunes of yesterday brought to you with fresh energy.
Mervyn has been in the entertainment industry since 1974. He started in theatre where he acted, wrote scripts, songs, and directed for around 14 years. In the 1980s, he became the 'regular topical song bloke' on the BBC TV's first ever daytime show, 'Open Air', fronted by a thin Irishman called Eamonn Holmes. Over the years he has performed weekly topical songs on many TV current affairs programmes and more of the same on radio. In the late 1980s, Merv took his comedy songs onto the Comedy Circuit and then touring theatres. Merv's first Edinburgh Fringe was in 1986 and he has been every year since. He started his 'Pick of the Fringe' in 1992 and he has hosted it ever since. More at About Mervyn.
